I posted about this over at The Fickle Housewife, but it was so pretty, I thought I'd share it here too. It's the Backseat Gourmet borscht. It was delicious. And picky little Ruby actually ate some of it because she was promised that it would turn her pee pink. And I tell ya, that girl loves pink.
Okay, gotta run. Ice Dancing is on, you know.
